ISO Rating

Antioch Fire Department is proud to announce we have a ISO Rating Class 3/9. Structures that are within 5 Miles of Antioch Fire Department have a Class 4 rating. Structures that past 5 mile range of Antioch Fire Department have a Class 9 rating.

What is a ISO rating? ISO Rating is a inspection by the North Carolina Department of Insurance. Property Owners pay fire protection insurance based off the rating within the fire district they resided in. The ISO inspection is given to the fire department based on its ability to respond to structure fires.

ISO Class is measured from Class1(highest rating)-10.
